We Praise HIM Always

Our MISSION STATEMENT: Gal 6:9-10

GAL 6:9 "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."
GAL 6:10 "As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all [men], especially unto them who are of the household of faith."

This site will be developed further as things start to come together.
Please pray for God's Will to be done. :)

This site will eventually be the home of WPHA Ministries. This will be the Ministry Outreach of WPHA Radio, which is yet to come. When the Lord opens the right doors, there will be a number of special outreach ministries "connected" to the radio station, much the way the spokes of a wheel connect to the hub.

Ministries such as soup kitchens, homeless shelters, shelters for abused family members, recovery programs for people coming out of drugs or other destructive lifestyles, assistance for Single Parents, and so many more.

Here is a rough diagram of the "Ministry Wheel" of WPHA:

WPHA Ministy 'Wheel'

WPHA, the radio station, will be the "hub" of the wheel. I only show eight "spokes"
here, but the actual number will depend upon God's leading and His provision. :)
I would very much like to see MANY more! To GOD be the GLORY! \o/

It's a BIG Vision... but we serve a BIG GOD!!

What is Faith?

Today's Word

"What is faith? It is the confident assurance that something we want
is going to happen. It is the certainty that what we hope for is waiting
for us, even though we cannot see it up ahead." Hebrews 11:1

Today's Thought

God wants us to have true faith in Him.

Begin today to Develop a relationship with God. We all have a direct
connection to God through His Son Jesus, but a great percentage of us
don't call. Some people call only when a very serious problem occurs.
But God is never too busy to listen to us. Your relationship with God is
imperative when it comes to thinking positive!

Speaking with God throughout the day as a partner or friend is a great
way to stay grounded and to become confident in your decisions. Believe
in God, because He believes in you.

God's Greatest Pleasure Is To Be Believed. Prayer Is Essential.

According to Hebrews 11, faith is the substance of things hoped for.
The word "hope" is also easily misunderstood because it means something
entirely different today. Some people think of hope as luck, "I hope
I pass this test."

God's view of hope is certainty and confidence, a great expectation of
what is to come. Having true faith in God means having a confidence that
what He says is true, even though you don't see Him and you can't prove
the future.

Having a hope for a future with God is what drives believers to make
themselves more like Christ each day. You too have this eternal hope in
Christ-and hopefully that does drive you!

Faith Is The Response Of The Heart To The Character Of God.

Do you "Know" the character of God? To find out more, Read His word.
Spend time talking with Him.

A Prayer for Today

God, thank You that I can have a confident hope and assurance in You.
Let my faithin You be obvious to everyone I meet today. In Jesus' Name.

Amen.

Selah Thinking for Change! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ October 16. 2007 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Believe God Today! I suppose no man is a firm believer who has not once been a doubter. C.H .Spurgeon Today's Word But without faith it is impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him. For whoever would come near to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him [out]. Hebrews 11:6 Today's Thought Peter didn't walk on the water because Jesus lifted him out of the boat and moved his legs. No, it was only when he responded to the word, that a miracle happened. (Matthew 14:26) How do you walk on water? 1. By seeing Jesus in your storm. 2. By responding to what He says to you. 3. By refusing to be intimidated by your surroundings. 4. By doing what others in the boat are afraid to do. 5. By choosing what's possible, instead of settling for what's rational. All God needs is something to work with and somebody to work through, and the rest, as they say, "is history." The only thing that can stop God is your unbelief. Listen, "And He did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief" (Matthew 13:58). Since God can't lie, fail, change or be pleased without faith, you need to make a quality commitment today to developing your faith. When you do that your life will change forever. One day on board a ferryboat, George Muller prayed, "Lord, lift this fog so that I can get to church on time to speak." As he said, "Amen," and rose to his feet, the captain said in amazement, "Look, the fogs lifting!" Muller replied, "Just as I thought." Jesus said, " ~ Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours" (Mark 11:24). Believe God today! Whoever You Trust Controls Your Future. Today's Prayer Father In Heaven; I need a Miracle in my Storm right now, so help me to look to You and not the problem. It's very hard to do because the problem looks so big and You look so far away. Forgive my unbelief and touch me with Your Power. I want to Believe and see the miracle You have promised. Help me To See. To Respond. To not be intimidated. To not be afraid. To chose the Possible and not settle for rational. In Jesus Name. ~ Amen.
